Dr. Joseph Manion

Laboratory Manager


Joe joined the Lessard Group in 2021. He completed his PhD in 2020 at the University of Toronto in the Department of Chemistry where he focused on the fabrication and characterization of thin film solar cells. He is the Lessard group’s lab manager and in house art director. When he’s not taking care of the lab he’s either promoting open-source scientific graphics, trying to stay on top of a mountain of hobbies or raising his dog Boba to be an upstanding member of society.
